Yes. Every personalised product has a live preview that shows your text exactly as it will be printed, before you add it to your cart. We do not email a separate proof afterwards — the preview is the proof, and you see it before you pay. Please check spelling, capitalisation and accents carefully: we print exactly what you type.

Our standard PLA is for indoor use. Ask us about outdoor-rated materials before ordering for outside.

Most orders print in 1 to 5 business days, then ship tracked from Manitoba.

Personalised items are not returnable for change of mind, because we cannot resell them — which is exactly why the live preview and spelling confirmation come before you pay. If we made a mistake we remake it free. If a typo came from your side we remake it at half price.
