How long does it take?

Most orders print in 1–5 business days, then ship tracked across Canada.

Can I see it before you print it?

Yes. Every personalised product has a live preview that shows your text exactly as it will be printed, before you add it to your cart. We do not email a separate proof afterwards — the preview is the proof, and you see it before you pay.

What if there's a typo?

Check the preview and your spelling carefully before you pay — we print exactly what you type. If we made the mistake we remake it free. If a typo slipped through on your side, we'll remake it at half price.
