Choosing a letter size
Letters are sold individually, so the size you pick matters more than the quantity. As a rough guide: 8 cm suits shelves and dressers, 10 cm is what most people choose for a wall above a cot or bed, and 13 cm and 20 cm read as a statement piece across a larger wall.
Measure the space before ordering. A five-letter name at 10 cm occupies roughly 50-60 cm of wall once spacing is allowed for, because letter widths vary with their shape — an M is far wider than an I.
How the quantity works
One letter is one item. To spell a name, set the quantity to the number of letters in it and type the name in the personalisation box. OLIVIA needs a quantity of six. This is the single thing customers most often get wrong, and it is worth checking before you pay.
Finishes and colours
- Gloss — polished and reflective, the most popular choice for nurseries
- Matte — softer and more understated, better in a bright room
- Up to 14 colours, mixed across a name or used one throughout
Made in Manitoba
Everything here is printed to order in our workshop in Winkler, Manitoba — nothing is stocked and nothing is drop-shipped. That is why orders take 1-5 business days before they ship, and why you can ask for a colour combination that is not in the photos.
